Your Right to Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must notify us via whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Only items that meet the conditions below qualify for return/exchange. Change of mind is not eligible for return/exchange.

Conditions for Return/Exchange
Items must be returned unused, with original tags/packaging intact.

Products must have been purchased in the last 7 days and not be marked as “clearance” or “final sale” (unless the reason is damage or defect).

Exchanges for size or alternate products of equal or greater value may be permitted if stock is available.

The cost and risk of returning the goods are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Use a traceable/insured shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

For exchanges, once we receive the returned item and confirm the condition, the new product will be shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply.
