Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued if an eligible item is returned in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund amount will be credited back via the original payment method, minus any original shipping costs and transaction fees incurred (unless the return qualifies under defect/damage).

Non-Refundable Items / Exceptions
Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for refund or exchange unless there is a defect or the wrong item was delivered.

Change of mind returns will not be accepted if items do not meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product returned does not comply with the conditions (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags).
