1. Return Eligibility

• Used or opened Shilajit containers
  
• Products damaged after delivery
  
• Free samples or promotional items
  

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
  

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached, and we’ll replace or refund it.
